With all contact channels, SFA provides the best support before and during educational programs:

  • Live chat: (click on the bottom right corner)
  • Click on the bottom left corner to reveal:
  1. Direct call: click on to see the number or make a direct phone call.
  2. Contact message form: click on the email icon and fill out a simple form to open a support ticket. (recommended) 
  3.  WhatsApp: to chat send messages and open a support ticket.
  4. Social media channels: IM messages on every channel, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Twitter message and LinkedIn
